Scientific Advisory Board
Tasks and members
The Scientific Advisory Board is the central scientific steering committee of the One Health Platform. It represents the One Health Platform externally and manages day-to-day business together with the administrative office. It performs overarching tasks and makes science-related decisions.
The committee usually meets five times a year. At its meetings, the Scientific Advisory Board makes strategic decisions on the further development of the One Health Platform, develops ideas for shaping One Health research in Germany, acts as the scientific committee for the annual symposium, assesses applications for pilot and collaborative projects and workshops submitted to the One Health Platform by members and supports them once they have been approved.
